Do you find ridiculing the person you are asking help from beneficial?
I know that the first half of his name is meat and I don't remember the other. Xaereth (which I'm sure I misspelled) sometimes calls him meatface in his videos. Meat[second_half_of_name], hope you won't be offended if you see this post, which I'm guessing he probably absolutely won't because I don't think anyone from EA actually reads these forums tbh.
Oh, so close! You almost had a genuine apology (or as close to one as you physically can muster), yet you needed to slip in one small jab right at the end. Keep it up, mate, you'll get there eventually.
