introduce new Droids.

Droids have not only gotten a lot of love, but the cross synergy is there too.

You can have a meta-competitive droid team, and 1 or 2 awesome droid B teams if you want. I get we could always use more, but the ones we have are good enough for me.

oh i know i just want a droid team that i can use regularly and not just on a nuke team because the nuke team kills 2 3 other teams (Smuggler, Rey and GG seps)

Give us:

*A Gonk droid (taunting tank?)
*Medical/Bacta Droid (healer/cleanser)
*Jabba’s torture droid (is it EV-9D9?)
*The evil BB-8
*R5-D4
*Maybe R4 (prequel Obi’s astromech)
*Assassin Droid (old but cool design in the old roleplaying game sourcebooks, probably Legends now)
*Interrogation Droid (throws lots of Expose maybe)
* Mouse Droid! Severe weakness to all Chewies

"Need" is a strong word. And BB-8 being pulled in multiple directions isn't really a matter of there not being enough droids in the game. It's a combination of factors.

There are already enough droids to make a great Grievous droids team without BB-8 for TW/GA, putting him back with JTR. And those are the only two directions BB-8 is pulled in any meaningful way for those game modes. More droids really wouldn't alleviate the choice between Grievous nuke versus anything else considering what BB-8 provides is the ability to outspeed literally anything but Han/Wat.

The only other case they're really pulled in different directions is whether to use BB-8 for P1 JTR or P3 CLS in hSith, which more droids wouldn't help with because the uses for BB-8 are the specific Resistance synergies, either fueling JTR and giving Illuminated Destiny or calling 3PO to assist ad infinitum.

It only kills these teams if you can't think of replacements for them. I use Nuke every GA now and still field excellent teams of the other three.

i dont want GG in it either TBH hes got his own team. i dont want to cross and pull from other teams i want a Good droid team by themself for TW/TB/GAC
