It just hit me as I reread this thread, like is challenge gear reward on haat also at 70% and the actual rewards we need at 1% or when people say the true drop rate is 30% for toons...is that that same across all tiers of gear too because mk5 stun guns drop way less than that. Or for challenges what is the rate we get 3-4 carbanti 80% compared to the .01 of 7 dropping or even omegas for 16 energy cantina or the mod drop rate which is 100 I know but the manipulation to having a green, blue, gold and what percentage etc...
Its not 30% and hasn't been for quite some time I would warrant. The rates that we have come up with in my group is shocking. If you base if on just 5x hard node you are looking at 10% to 15% for a toon shard. That number goes down dramatically as you add in multiple runs. It also goes down if that node shares a toon and a ship. At 15x hard run nodes it drops down to around 5% to 7% for shards and again less if it shares a node such as Sion and KR shuttle.
They didn't do this because they wanted to be good to us. They did this because they were forced too. Google is on the verge of yanking this games editors award based off player input and their own investigation within the game. You know it's bad when a Google rep has to personally contact EA customer support and force them to look into tickets as old as 6 months or more. Google informed me that app developers have to sign an agreement not to pull shady business practices on a player and if an application developer is found to break it multiple times they will pull that developers entire app collection from Google Play. That is the place EA has put themselves into with their practices. They are on the verge of having their entire app collection yanked and now they are scrambling trying to keep that or even worse stuff such as legal ramifications from happening.
Google is who told me not to just 1 star app because it doesn't do much. They told me to scroll down to the bottom of the app and hit the inappropriate flag and then fill it out. That goes straight up the Google chain of command and in the end they are the ones who can truly force EA and others to either straighten up or get out. I imagine Apple has something of the same type on the page of this app too.
wow thanks for that response! good to know that Google and Apple take account of the app's practices!
