IPD special mission did not get a difficulty adjustment
There are 4 (four!) elites in the first wave of the IPD special mission. This is not in line with the rest of the Phase 3 DS TB combat missions and should be adjusted accordingly.

The DS TB map is intended to be a little harder. But some of it is still much more than a little harder compared with LS TB.
