Iphone Notifications

I would like to get notifications when a raid starts/my energy is full, but when I go to the in-game settings to legal, I can't press the notifications button. Is there any way in which I can turn them on?

    You're not the only iOS individual not getting SWGOH notifications. Others do get them. I don't. I've checked every available setting and still nothing. Happened on iOS 9 and 10.
