SUGGESTION: Be able to see enemy cooldowns when you tap and hold on them.

We should be able to see enemy (and allied) cooldowns when we tap and hold on them. Y'know when we tap and hold on them to see their status effects and Ultimate Charge status? We should also be able to see their cooldowns at the very top.
