Is 1 hitting characters "fun"?
I just don't see how characters being 1 hit is fun, or even fair. Speed dictates the game right now, we all know that. But there is obviously an imbalance at which defensive stats(HP/Defense) are sc...

That's plain and simple English. If he's giving 25% turn meter to anyone not stealthed, he's either bugged or his description is wrong.
After reading his post I'm glad I looked into this a little more before trying to build up a Lando/Nute combo. I'm going to say it's bugged since Nute is all about stealth.
