Is Barris Zeta Intended Or Will Be Changed?

My newest video is about Barris Zeta and was wondering if a Dev has confirm if their is an intention to change Barris.

I ask this for the sole reason that Zeta's are hard to come by and her unque continues after her Death. The description does not state that this is only while she is alive and before we pile these resources into her, the question is will she be changed or is the ability correct
