Is Darth Maul worth the furnaces?

I decided to go with Boba. The kicker was the chaze team im facing, as Boba can one shot them when mixed with zader pretty easily. Plus he can out manuver bazes taunt. Thanks for all your help guys.

Either way a G8-9 toon isn't game changing. I have a G10 Boba and no regrets

Bad mistake.. The meta is shifing hard in the next 1-2 days.. Maul will be the new op leader for a full sith squad. Use it on maul .. Otherwise u will be rly sad about whats comming

I dont think maul will be that relevant in my shard as it is currently flooded with chaze. i dont know of they will be able to transition quickly enough to using a maul strategy, especially if they need other sith characters people have yet to start farming. At least for my relatively young shard with a narrow pool of mainly rebels, I dont see sith overtaking the meta for some time.

I was going to suggest waiting until the update drops and we have a better idea about some of the "other things" dropping with it (i.e. other Sith, what their abilities might be, how they would work under a Zeta Maul lead, etc.). Boba is solid in any team. I run Zeta Maul and am working on Boba to G11 as well. His ability block and execute are great.

EP pretty much has to be there. That's the biggest perk of a Maul lead, is getting EP to go first and stun. After that you've got all sorts of options. I run Shore or Baze and B2/TFP. You can use Vader for sure. Boba and GK can both find places there. DT works well with Mauls Daze and turns them into stuns. You can pretty much use whatever your strongest toons are and matchup with your opponent.

Dooku good for a maul team? I would think EP and Dooku coukd do a number on opponents with their stuns
