  • The inconsistencies with foresight are very annoying. When fighting grevious or the tank in aat raid, their unavoidable attacks hit through foresight. That's fine because they are labeled "unavoidable". However, the foresight stays intact, even when the tank applies DOTs.

Other abilities such as dooku, Vader basic, tfp ability block need to be made clearer. If the "effect" of an attack is meant to WITH the damage, both effect and damage should be dodged and foresight disappears.

Dookus ability states WITH a 50% chance to stun and shock. This implies dmg WITH effect and hence should be dodged by foresight.

Looking at someone like b2, his ability states pretty much the same. With a chance to apply buff block along with dispel and damage. However, b2 aoe is dodged by foresight and no status "effects" are applied. In other words, the damage, dispel, buff block all act as a single action. IMO this is how it should work for all characters.
  • Another character that comes to mind is wedge. His basic applies defense down but the entire attack is dodged by foresight. It's not like the damage is dodged by foresight and then defense down is applied.
  • It is working as the mechanics says, but debuffs are ignoring foresight.

They should add a check "if damage is applied" before their potency/tenacity check

Yeah because it's seriously annoying how inconsistent it is.

TFP's Ability Block behaves the same way. As I understand it, the attack clears the foresight, and then the debuffs are applied.

That one is WAI. It does the damage and applies buff immunity with the damage, then applies the ability block separately.
