IS EA GONNA DO ANYTHING ABOUT CHEATERS IN THE GAME?

I spend money, thousands. But I am going to stop if this is the integrity of the game? What's the point of me spending money if this guys comes and take 1st place every single day?

If you have tried to report via the in game help, that's basically a hole to nowhere for this sort of thing.

Is there some sort of 'guide to complaining online' thing.

Say you've been playing the game since it began.
Say you spend a lot of money.
Have in depth knowledge of the subject. "I use Conquest Ezra every day but....".
Pretend to have empathy, but actually be passive aggressive. "I have a lot of sympathy for players that use Mon-Mothma as their main team, but would anybody with half a mind prioritise farming her in this day and age?"

Then you put them all together. "I have been playing this game from day one and spend thousands per year. I have never missed a GAC since it began, and I have an in-depth knowledge on ladder and squish systems. I have sympathy for the programmers and the difficulties (I know as I know stuff) they face. However, my trainee/apprentice who's been in the job 3 days on a government youth offenders scheme was able to programme a working GAC ladder system on his lunch break. Is it really that difficult?"
