Is FOO good?
First order officer is he good? Does he work nice with a Phasma, kylo combination?

I like him. Have him at g10 7* fully modded. I never had him pre nerf. I tried to run a FO team in arena. Got slaughtered. They are just waaaaayyyyy too slow. FOO is the fastest of the bunch. He still hits much harder than Kylo. Still good for GW and the FO mod challenge.
