Is it against the terms of service

To have an arena shard and coordinate hitting non shard members down so that only shard members can reach top 5? These guys are instantaneously licking non shard members out just to be jerks. They are...

I must admit, that I see no justification for having free rank 1 rewards handed to you without having to fight for them. That's not much of an arena to me. And I doubt it will stop people coordinating in shard chats.
