My Leia is 4* 29/65, farmboy 3* 10/30, and OB locked at 13/80. I am finishing TFP currently 6* 71/100. Even if I were to spend some money, would it be possible? What would be the best route to obtain ...

Would have to very lucky for them to pop up enough, I don't want to advise full steam farming without reasonable certainty.
If he hasn't bought on of the character packs it should be doable as then it's 110 shards instead of 190 and at 22 a day (I don't include lukes hard node as OB doesn't have one) it's possible, would only need them to drop once or twice in the shipments to a difference then.
