If it's an android device you can link it to that account and play on the new device.

It's more an issue if you are trying to sell your account.

I do not have any intention of selling my account. I just forgot my password, so i cannot play on a different device. I tried to recover my account, but i could not recover it because of the silly questions...

Although i tried many times to recover my account, i could not recover it. One of the questions was when i created the account. Why do i have to remember the exact date that i created it? To me it is not so important.
