When I started playing Swgoh, I encountered the fact that my EA account was blocked. Since I want to receive additional rewards, I am actively trying to influence the unlocking of my EA account. It seems to me that my failures in the unlocking process are based on the fact that I do not know the exact reason for the blocking and only try to guess. Is it possible to find out the exact reason for the blocking and if so, how?
The process is fundamentally flawed - I’ve also been banned before and appealed, but they sent the message why to my account….that I had been banned from accessing, so couldn’t see the message.
Alternatively, if you try to sign in and it displays a white page saying “Sorry, you have been banned from using this forum” it should give one of the reasons why below that message.
If I understood you correctly, I have already tried what you said and they didn't write me the reason for blocking, but only that I violated the user agreement.
Thats a mess.I dont know ,theur support is bad.I have stuck on loading screen contacted them,they just copypasted some methods,wich all of them I tried.Do you know whats the problem,I ve done everything

I’d make a new account and save myself the trouble of trying to save a 129k account
