Is it time to get rid of timeouts?
With the power creep in the game, there's now far too many teams that take damage slowly, and lead to frustrating time-outs. At this point,it doesn't seem logical that it's still capped at five minut...

The timer should remain but be increased to 7.5 or 8 minutes.
A timer is required to avoid abuse cases.
However, kits are way more complicated and animations much longer since the 5 minutes was chosen.
In reality, nothing will change. Part of the point of relic delta was to make Defense more viable.
