Is maul worth putting my time on?

So I just unlocked him,his stats are okish for first point,and he seems like e a great jedi killer,paired with sidious as leader(or even himself as leader,evasion is op now)

Is he worth of upgrading and modding him?I don't really see him in competitive

I need a replacement for Mace Windu as I have no hard jedi counter.

My current lineup is Sidious 7 Stars maxed out , Windu 7 Stars Tier IX , Phasma 6 Stars Tier IX , Vader 5 Stars Maxed out .

What i wanted to know if he's a ok character to have,as in not utterly bad as Kylo Ren .
