Is my Dengar broken?

So I just got Dengar to 7* today and tried him out in raid for the first time. He sticks Tenacity down no problem, however after that my resist rate from Teebo, Rex and QGJ goes UP not down as expecte...

Nothing sadder than a guy with a broken Dengar. Try the potency mods.
