Something i've noticed running him in arena with phasma, i'm starting to think that the chance to apply detrimental affects with M³ isn't related to potency. I have Dengar and Phasma pretty well in-sync so Phasma always goes first and gives him Advantage, and whenever I use M³ after that, they always seem to get all 3 affects (except Rey who's usually hiding behind foresight), that's one of the reasons i paired him with Phasma.
