Is payout harassments against ToS?

Hey! I believe this is something that is an ongoing thing... the mafia's. But not all are the same.  I commented on this awhile back.  Have you contacted any of the players in the mafia? And do you think the payout sniper is in you fleet shards mafia? If you believe they are,  then reach out to a player that is. Most times,  I believe,  those that work in conjunction do so to not step on others payout and do they don't get stepped on.  The one I am in,  we don't block players unless they are a sniper or they are new to teaching the top spots so they think they have to be #1 24 hours a day. We recently had someone like that. The player was sniping everyone all day and all night.  So then, yes,  we worked together and passed out of the top 15 or so. There were times, after his payout that he would move back up just to snipe. We would protect whomevers payout he was trying to snipe, so we would lock him or lock the player in our mafia in the top spot.  We were the ones reaching out to the player and asked him to coordinate ... it didn't go well until he realized how's many  crystals he was burning.  We usually give a player a few times moving up,  but if they hit someone in the group at payout we will reach out to them.  But we don't block someone unless they are being the aggressor.  And we try to reach out so things can be coordinated. 

If the person you are having trouble with is in the mafia for your shard, I would teach out to someone else in the group and try to join.  

I guess just stick to complaining on the forums then, I wish you the best of luck with that.  

I had a similar issue once or twice.  So, I found their payout time and hit them back a couple times taking their crystal income.  After doing it a couple times, I finally got a message saying, "Can we end this now?"  If they're going to keep doing it, look them up on swgoh.gg and find when their payout time is, knock them down.  You might lose some crystals refreshing, but in the long run you'll get them to understand you can hurt their income too.  

Some people just want to make everyone else as miserable as they are, so hurt him back and it should fix itself.  And, I'd recommend once you get into first if they are within range, attack another fleet starting at about 6:30 from Payout to keep yourself locked in so they can't push you out.

And of course they haven't fixed the DC, we are just renting DCs for a few months and they are less likely to prioritize broken DCs.  Bugs that benefit us get fixed pretty quickly comparatively.  But DC bugs have mixed results since it's all about players.

You tried contacting them, I would try sniping them back next.  If you don’t want to do that I would suggest reporting them but you will need to use a different part of the ToS and some specific language.  Go to the ToS, find the button for the Positive Play Charter and go to that.  Scroll down and read the sections on harassment/bullying and far play.  There is language in there about not negatively impacting people’s game experience and also not blocking items or access.  Note that you’ve tried to resolve the issue yourself through contact but they are continuing to bully and harass you.  Reference the sections of the ToS I mentioned, I don’t think the ones you talked about are applicable unfortunately but throw them in too if you want.  I can’t guarantee it will help but you’re more likely to get them at least warned if you come at it from the bullying angle, that could have actual repercussions (unlikely but possible) for them if they ignore it.  I doubt you’ll get anywhere arguing about fairness.  I think your best bet is just to keep going after them though, and it sounds like you’re probably in an old shard that has a mafia.  Contact some people and see if they have a discord, possibly that could help.

If that’s what it takes to beat the mafia then whatever.

Is that my fault for sticking my long nose and whiskers where they don't belong?  Or did you knowingly/unknowingly withhold information that would have kept me away in the first place?  My whiskers were tingling that there was more to the situation than meets the eye.  So, I had a forage.  

Anyway, let's just go with your empty-burger theory; I gave you pointless advice that being an end game player you already knew.  I will now vacate the thread.  (Disclaimer - do not eat any roundish brown lumps......sorry about those).

One of the issues on the forum of a game that has been around for over 10 years is there are some threads that frequently recur. Threads about how GAC ties are settled, TW/GAC matchmaking, drop rates etc have been done to death. And this sort of thread is no different. 

The arenas were designed to operate like this. They are a free for all and you can’t expect the developers to do anything about someone who is playing the game with the mechanics as they were designed. 

This is a problem you need to find your own solution for.

Well I guess so, I misread the.....nuance.  I didn't realise you're over 14 million and been in the games for years.  I thought I was giving good advice to a newish player about how to get on with the fellow players in your shard.  However, I presume that's no longer an option and this topic isn't looking for advice or opinions at all, but to escalate matters with CG.

It looks like you've got issues in your shard.  I very much doubt there isn't an organised group, and it appears you're not in it. I guess I'm not the only one finding you...somewhat abrasive.
