Is payout harassments against ToS?
This is a question I have that I really want answered by someone from EA.
There is a player in my current fleet shard that has jumped in early before their usual payout time that snipes me out of getting my own. I understand Fleet Arena is meant to be a free for all and I'm not saying I deserve my hour of peace, but the issue is that after I contacted the player asking them to be patient and make things beneficial for us both by staying in their lane, they now make the threat to try and do this consistently. If this was a one time thing, I would be annoyed but move on, but this person has done this before and this is the first time I've contacted them and their response initiated this post.
What I'm asking is if this player is playing maliciously to prevent me from getting the higher crystal payout, would this break ToS because it would be under unfair play? Underneath is a copy-paste of the EA agreement.
- Do not engage or assist in cheating, collusion, unfair play, or using exploits.
The other question I have is in the term mafia (because I know y'all at CG are aware of the term), would these also fall under collusion if the mafia decides to block out non-mafia players from participating in Fleet Arena because of the way the system is designed? Mafia's would fall under collusion and should be a bannable offense, the same with unfair play. I'm not saying that this situation is happening to me, but I'm asking for clarification on if this is enforced, because per-ToS, this should be.
