Is Plo Koon any good?

Yeah he's battle 4-G and fifty shards to unlock, I'm just thinking of farming him for his leader ability, I'm also farming Fives and clone sergeant so the extra turn meter would be helpful as I've got my fives with crit damage mods and the clone sergeant with 3 speed mods and 3 health mods to keep him going longer, I'm using Plo Koon as a substitute until I can be bothered with saving up my shards every few days to get Cody from shipments
