I think maxed Teebo is at 21% potency

Scanners got normalised/nerfed from 40% to 10% in some update about 3 months ago, when mods was unleashed...

In other words, u need to buy potency mods for him, in addition to gear 10, to be any good against heroic tier rancor.

Or just rely on Dengar's Tenacity Down. That's the way I prefer it. Then there's no need to give Teebo potency mods and you can get him speed mods

He needs to be gear 10 AND get a raid gear scanner. Then mod his potency. The plus needs to be a 5 dot potency primary if possible. But for the rest you can get away with cheap 1 dot potency set bonus mods. Cost next to nothing, and gives him a nice boost. 65-70% is good for t7 pigs. Closer to 80% is good for t7 Rancor even without Dengar. I have 75% on my teebo, and without Dengar my team did over 4 mill. Potency and speed are where it's at.

No! Not worth it.... just add t1 and t2 potency mods and you're good without wasting gear.

Even with the g10 potency he seems to get resisted more often

Can someone please check my teebo mods and suggest which ones I should change to.

Potency as a whole went from a possible value out of 400 to a possible value out of 100. The scanners still give 10% of the new potency cap. Tenacity was also changed to keep the interaction of potency and tenacity the same. Mods were added on top of these changes, so my 71% Teebo is equivalent to a 284% Teebo before normalization. No nerf, just a more intuitive way of seeing the stat displayed.
