Is tee bow better at G10
Like more potency and all? I mean does his base potency go up at G10?

He needs to be gear 10 AND get a raid gear scanner. Then mod his potency. The plus needs to be a 5 dot potency primary if possible. But for the rest you can get away with cheap 1 dot potency set bonus mods. Cost next to nothing, and gives him a nice boost. 65-70% is good for t7 pigs. Closer to 80% is good for t7 Rancor even without Dengar. I have 75% on my teebo, and without Dengar my team did over 4 mill. Potency and speed are where it's at.
