Is the salvage for the Mk12 ArmaTek Bayonet in the event store?

I have literally never seen any salvage for this and I haven't gotten any from territory battles. I check at every refresh and there's never any mk7 chiewab hypo syringes in the event store ever, yet...

Took 2 weeks for first one to drop for me, then when I had all that I needed, it seems it drops all the time now....
