Is there a mod spreadsheet or website?

Because there's nothing in game to manage mods, is there something specific people do to manage mods? My first thought was to create a spreadsheet where I'd enter the mods I have, their various stats, and which of my characters they are on, but why recreate the wheel is one already exists. So do anybody know a handy tool to use to manage mods?
