Yours is fine. Your Zeb is still at G8 on your Mos Eisley, and unless something has happened over the last few minutes, it is still at G8. And correct me if I am wrong anyone, but weren't the Zebs reduced to G1?

Yes, double drops were not effective for me and I did not get good shipments.

because my shipments were locked since I was lvl 1 and I could not go further into ds battles or LS battles since my progress was reset on those

You can do light/dark battles even if you are level 1. And also how could the bug not affect any of your characters, when it did affect characters for everyone who actually got the bug?
