Items in shipments
Wow, so I have been dealing with the support system... I had bought a few items for crystals in the support system over a week or so, or at least from whenever they made that change. Most Items I got, some I did not.
I have documentation of date and time of the last one, the ones before that I left on a piece of paper in the hospital, and it got lost... spending a lot of time in the hospital with my sister, cancer patient..thats where I do most my playing of tablet games.
Anyway The one I do have a time and date for the initial guy I talk to confirms that I bought it at that point and that I did not receive it... then proceeds to tell me to wait longer. The items I lost the documentation for he told me I was pretty much out of luck.
for the record, I waited longer, and still have not received it.... so, I talk to them again... new guy tells me to check my google play purchases and provide proof of purchase, and ask for a refund from google...
Now I am waiting to hear from a supervisor.... needless to say I am not impressed with the help department lol friggin frustrating.
Is my case an odd case or is the whole help department this bad?
