If you're in Kyber or high Aurodium and experiencing this, that just means you're a victim of your own success. Look at it this way. Imagine playing the game for years and building up a 13 mil+ account. Imagine you're one of those that isn't the greatest strategy-wise, or you just don't have the time to study, etc. like the others around you. As such, on a straight up even playing field based on something like gp, you're gonna lose every time. Should that sort of thing be punished? Should those guys just auto-lose? If you're lower-gp constantly fighting up, it just means you've skilled your way up with the big boys. Look at it from CG's perspective. Do they want the game from someone that has played (and potentially spent) their way up to a higher gp, etc. to have a miserable experience? Obviously not.
I'm not saying the system's pefect. Far from. I'm just saying that you aren't just being randomly screwed. (and your analogies are gonna stop half your audience from listening to you...)
