Jar Jar Binks Kit Idea

Meesa Jar Jar Binks! Basic: Deal physical damage to target enemy and with a 50% chance to gain foresight for 2 turns. This attack has high damage variance.

Booma Attack Special 1: Deal physical damage to all enemies and inflict a Booma on them for 2 turns, which can’t be copied or dispelled. Jar Jar gains defense down for 2 turns. (Cooldown 4)

Booma: Unit has -30% speed, has a 50% chance to gain stun while inflicted with a booma (doubled for droids), and has -20% max protection. When a suffering unit takes a turn, they take damage equal to 10% of their max health.

Gungan Shield Special 2: Grant all allies a Personal Energy Shield for 2 turns. Jar Jar gains taunt for 1 turn and offense up and defense penetration up for 2 turns. When offense up and defense up expire, he gains offense down and defense penetration down for 2 turns. (Cooldown 4)

Personal Energy Shield: Unit has +25% evasion and defense. Unit is immune to massive damage and shock.

Clumsy Unique 1: Jar Jar has -50% accuracy and +50% evasion. Jar Jar has 50% counter chance and counter damage. ZETA: When Jar Jar evades an attack, he gains 10% turn meter and gains +10% offense (stacking) until the end of the battle.

Bombad General Unique 2: All allies have -15% offense, defense, max health, and max protection. They gain +25% offense, defense, max health, and max protection while Jar Jar has 100% health. ZETA: Galactic Republic allies gain 30% turn meter and defense up for 3 turns when Jar Jar takes damage. Jar Jar has +20% max protection for each Galactic Republic ally.
