Additinoal general things: if someone throws out debuffs - look for mods that increase potency. Nebit taunts - look for protection, etc.

if the old data mined info holdw true and Jawas gain 50% potency, most will not need potency sets to get over 100% potency.

Nebit I went with health sets, protection primaries with as much speed as possible. He doesn't need potency.

JE needs speed, speed, speed, maybe a little extra potency.

Jawa/Dathcha/Scavenger all get crit dmg and crit chance sets, with as much speed as possible. It is easy to get these three over 100% potency with no potency mod sets.
