I don't have them either

Same here. Got them on my alt but not my main, which is where I'd prefer them. Not many in my discords talking about them either.

No notes in any RA that I was able to find on them.

Last topic didnt lead to an answer either.

But I'm sure our CM/CG is/are reading this forum and we eventually get an answer.

Well that just it, they may not be stellar deals but every once in awhile I drop the ball and purchase one but I just want to make sure I'm not missing something else later on that is crucial.

CG responded to this on Answers HQ. Apparently the feature simply isn't active for all players yet.
