JC Heal bug

Has anyone notice after upgrading your Jc heal to 6, the cool down is still reverted to 3?

I played a couple of gw last night and it was 2 turns. I managed to heal every two turns thanks to good rng, however every now and then it reverts back to 3 turns. I've tried restarting the application and that temporarily solves the issue, however it is definitely not a pernamant fix.
