The concept is good, but... What for? CG has already made many references to the Grand Inquisitor, for example, both can attack three times per turn with their main ability. Both have the same animation and icon of the first special ability, and both apply an ability lock for 1 turn. **bleep** IT, THE TEMPLE GUARD HAS AN ABILITY CALLED PATIENCE... IS A VIRTUE. I think there are enough references as it is. If you make even more references, then it will already be reskin, and not a separate character.
I'm open to all possible characters in the game and I'm sure CG can find some way of Temple Guard (Grand Inquisitor) being unique in his abilities.
