Could you ask the devs that this Bastila + JML + Wat interaction is intended?
That it is OK that Protection Up buff gets regenerated by Protection Recovery. People would not want to invest in JML now only to later find out this is going to be changed.
I already asked, just waiting for a response, or breakdown of what is happening.
