JTR event Bugged?

I was playing back through the JTR event, and I noticed a crate (like from the Phoenix marquees) on screen. It was untargetable, and would use the TIE Fighter Pilot special (well, the animation matched and buff immunity was inflicted so I presumed it was that). It shows up in Tiers 1 and 6. Is it supposed to be there?
