Same question about Thrawn. I see his name bouncing around this forum but I dont recall him in the movies.

He's "existed" since 1994 from the old EU books, and now Rebels. Kallus is brand new for Rebels.

I doubt he will have ysalamiri since that was from Zahn's trilogy, which was ostracized from the canon.
