Kanan Jarrus' Total Defense Zeta should apply to Phoenix and Jedi

As the title suggests, I believe that allowing Kanan's Total Defense Zeta to dispel all debuffs on Phoenix Squadron and Jedi and to apply the turn meter for Jedi would give him more competitive viabil...

I second this Ezra is no less effective in a jedi squad I'd love to run kanan in there as well but he is too phoenix to really run effectively in a jedi squad how sad is it that the only real jedi cleanser can't cleanse jedi
