Ki-Adi Requirements

The new announcements say Shaak Ti led clones for Ki-Adi, and ARC is the GBA of this TB. But neither explicitly says ARC is required for the KAM mission. Can we get confirmation that he is required to get KAM shards? @CG_SBCrumb

I’m just wandering if they’re ever dropping arc trooper since he’s required 7* as soon as the TB drops.

They will likely drop him ~2 days before the TB, exactly as they did with GBA.

That would be Saturday, so way more likely he drops Wednesday.

But none of this matters because he needs to be 7* and they haven’t released him yet, nor have they announced when he would be. So the chance of getting him 7* for this round of TB is pretty much 0.

    Krakens will have 7*

Agree to disagree then. Imo the only difference between saving and hoarding is using the resources. If you not using them when available, then you're hoarding.

Then by your definition virtually all resource management games have a strong "hoarding" element, and the distinction for hoarding criticisms against this game cease to have any language for them to have meaning.

Saving will always be a part of managing resources. Operating entirely off of income with nothing in reserve will always slow your ability to react to change in any resource management game that actually has change.

It's when that operating off of income versus operating off of savings dynamic gives way to building massive stockpiles of stuff for the sole purpose of reacting to future, unknown changes that it becomes an issue. A couple days' pause for a specific announcement to suss out who to prioritize is... not that. And while it's not a hard line, it's still an important distinction for discussion.

There are more TBs than just the first.

TB is an aspirational game mode that you work toward over months and years. Not something that everyone is supposed to instantly master the first run.

Agree completely. I think that is what alot of people have a hard time grasping. I know I do at times as well. I think "I have a 5.3 GP, my roster should run through this." But if that was the case there would be no point in releasing new hard content, because it wouldnt be hard. Events shouldn't be mastered at the beginning or what's the point?
