Having been through the same situation, the player that dumped bad teams into TW was kicked immediately after TW.
It wasn't an issue of a beginner's mistake, and it was not the first time they did that sort of thing. This was someone who was hurting the guild by ignoring posted instructions, not communicating, and not paying attention to what they deployed. We had lots of good defensive teams that could not be used as a result.
