AGAIN...this is the gist of the message. I can admit the intentions were good...the "abbility" to select best score was an apparent good idea. But it becomes a moot point if most players end up submitting "whatever" due to annoyance or boredom.
END RESULT needs a fix as player OVERALL frustration is increasing...and if next raid is the same, it will probably mean players wont even make the initial "investment". I did some investment in teams for this raid...i wont do it again if the boredom/annoyance are the same.
Good suggestion somewhere above...allow players to submit LAST SCORE. Then they can invest on good teams and good runs (which i believe is the objective) without the need to do it EVERY WEEK and LOTS of times.

The presence of the submit/discard buttons is not the problem though. If people don't want to keep trying, they don't have to. Having the buttons means that those people that do want to chase a perfect score don't have to do that in airplane mode. That's a gripe that's been around since the very first Rancor raid. Having those buttons is a fantastic QOL improvement. For those that don't want to take advantage of it, they don't have to - and they shouldn't if it's causing them frustration and leading to burn out. That's on the player though, that's not on CG.

I don't think many people are complaining about the option to scrap a bad run, that is obviously a qol improvement. They are complaining about beating the raid 5+ times and then do it over and over with the same result every reset. It gets grinding and dull even at the minimum 5 top scores as you have seen some veterans pointing out in this thread
