Yes I have read her ability "this effect can't be Resisted" only means it skips the potency/tenacity check. If raid boss is immune to daze it will not land. If it is landing on the boss it is a bug. So enjoy it while it lasts.
Another example of "this effect cannot be resisted is Vader lead tmr. P2 and p3 the tank is immune to tmr so Vader lead will not remove TM from the tank or the turrets
Same will be true with krennic lead. The ability block from his lead can not be resisted. Raid bosses are immune to ability block so therefore it will not land.
Immunity trumps all.
