Aoe speed down - practically useless currently with all the TM gains going on (empire/JTR/Rex)
+50% TM Gain - practically useless when your entire team is dazed/shocked/stunned (empire/JTR/wampa).
My zeta phasma has been gathering dust a very long time.
I find her partially useful in TW to make hybrid teams.... That's about it
