Unstoppable: Whenever Kylo Ren resets his cooldowns, First Order allies get their cooldowns reduced by 1, and gain advantage for 2 turns if they are not in cooldown

I really like the idea but his unique ability can already get to level 8, outrage is his level 7 ability, you could reword it as "whenever this ability has it's cooldown reset ... "
