This strategy helped but holy hell you need perfect RNG. Even with gear 10 Ezra, Gear 9 Sabine and Hera, Gear 8 Zeb and Kanan it took me 20-30 tries. Getting Ezra to 227 speed and Sabine to 202 helped a lot. The attempt that finally dropped Thrawn I had him give tm to taunting tank and I had Ezra first turn to dispel. They killed Kanan before first DT was gone but using Hera to call Ezra to assist each time was a big help. I'm really glad I didn't have to waste any more resources on a squad I'll never use again.
Glad to help! And yes, I share the same sentiment towards phoenix, but at least they’re good for stalling in TBs and completing TW missions!
