Late mercing killed

CG changed the rules: a players can participate and earn rewards only if he was a member of the guild at raid start.

There's been an updated lockout for well over a month now. If this is new it's even a stronger prevention program. There's always those few trying to scrounge up every last bit of shards and rewards they can. You know, those folks that have like barely any roster, yet they have a 6 or 7* GK well before those who were busting their butts giving their all to their home guild.
