Of 1270 people, actual was a bit lower, say 1k people, multiplied by 15min avg per person...that's 250 hours of work...

but a show of good faith. Nothing is ever perfect, but this was prolly as fair as anyone could reasonably ask. people will always seek to complain, and sometimes rightly so, but thanks for putting in the time and effort to make it as right as you could
