Leader Ability

I always have this question, I know the leader ability can be shared but still work only for the character when is not in leader position? I didn't max all leader abilities yet in the characters that I don't use as leaders so is safe to max this abilities in order to boost all non leader characters?

Leaders abilitys only work when they are leader. So it's a waist if you are never going to use that person as leader.

Leader abilities are completely off if the character is not in the leader position or one of your allies. If the leader dies, his leader ability will still apply to the other characters until the end of battle.

Nice, so that mean I'm in the right path avoid using ability points in non-leader chars

Pretty much. I have several maxed characters with only a few levels in their leader ability.
