I wouldn't mind a ticket system for reporting cheaters. Players could track ticket progression through whatever process CG has for resolving the issue so at least we would know we aren't completely being ignored. Simply knowing that our message was recieved and read by LD would be a huge improvement over what we currently have. I'm fully aware of privacy issues involved with this sort of thing but I refuse to believe the current system is the best that can be done. I would imagine industry standards have got to be higher than the garbage they are saddling this player base with.
