I donn't think those are in opposition at all, not sure why they would be either.
The difference between a 110mil guild that does clear HSR and a 110mil guild that doesn't probably isn't just 20 JTRs, but the guild that does clear the HSR has probably also invested alot more resources in other raid specific teams.
